"Restitution of heirless property" based on tribe-ethnical background is unprecedented in the law history and will lead to havoc in many areas. In particular this act is aimed against Poland which gave shelter to so many polish citizens of jewish origin in the past. Petycja do Donalda Trumpa ws. Just Act 447. Podpisz!
Na oficjalnej stronie Białego Domu pojawiła się petycja zaadresowana do prezydenta Donalda Trumpa, aby ten nie podpisywał ustawy Just Act 447.
Petycja znajduje się na stronie Białego Domu w zakładce „We the People”. Jeżeli pod petycją podpisze się 100 tysięcy ludzi, to prezydent będzie zmuszony zabrać głos w tej sprawie.
– Przywrócenie bezpotomnej własności opartej na pochodzeniu etnicznym jest bezprecedensowe w historii prawa i doprowadzi do spustoszenia w wielu dziedzinach. Ta ustawa jest w szczególności skierowana przeciwko Polsce, która w przeszłości udzielała schronienia polskim obywatelom pochodzenia żydowskiego. Niektóre organizacje żądają od Polski co najmniej 65 miliardów dolarów mienia. Jest to niesprawiedliwe.
